ORDERING
Please allow 5-7 business days from your order date to receive your products. If you have questions regarding our products or your order, please email us at contact@unfinishedwood.com. Our regular business hours are Monday – Thursday from 9am to 4pm eastern standard.
CANCELLATION OR CHANGES TO ORDER
Cancellations or changes to open orders must be made within 24 hours of the order date. Order cancellations must be made by email at contact@unfinishedwoodco.com. Orders cancelled in this manner will be fully refunded.
SHIPPING
All orders are shipped via standard ground service. Shipping rates are based on weight and are calculated at checkout. Currently we only ship to locations within the United States, Alaska, and Hawaii. Please provide a valid shipping address when ordering.
WHOLESALE
There are no minimum order quantities required for wholesale accounts. Wholesale discounts are 50% off retail prices.

You must be an approved wholesale buyer and logged in at the time of purchase to receive wholesale discounts. Approval may take up to 48 hours. Retail sales, specials, coupons and discounts do not apply to wholesale purchases and vice versa.

Replacements to damaged, defective or missing products will be made at our expense. Please note that you are responsible for the original purchase and shipping charges. RETURN/EXCHANGE
If you wish to return or exchange any non-personalized product you must do so by emailing contact@unfinishedwoodco.com. One of our customer services representatives will provide the return shipping instructions. You will be responsible for returning all products unused in original packaging and in sellable condition. You are also responsible for return shipping costs. As long as the product is returned within 30 days of receipt in good, sellable condition in the original packaging you will be eligible for a refund or credit less any applicable shipping charges. For exchanged items you will receive a full credit in the amount equivalent to the product being returned. Regular shipping charges will apply for any new orders.
