Refund policy

All returns and exchanges must be received back to JMD, LLC within 30 days of receipt of the product (s). Custom orders, including custom monograms are not eligible for returns/exchanges. If you wish to return or exchange any product you must do so by emailing contact@unfinishedwoodco.com. One of our customer services representatives will provide you with the return shipping instructions. You will be responsible for returning all products unused back to UWC in original, or like original packaging and we must receive it back in good sell-able condition. You are also responsible for return shipping costs. You are also responsible for any damage that may occur in shipping when returning an item. As long as the product is returned within 30 days of receipt in good, sell-able condition, and in the original packaging you will be eligible for a full refund or credit of your order price, less any discounts and/or any applicable shipping charges. For exchanged items you will receive a full credit in the amount equivalent to the product being returned. Regular shipping charges will apply for any new orders.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
